Overview of the Role

We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and commercially driven Head of Product Planning & Pricing to lead the development and execution of a fully integrated product planning and pricing strategy for Al-Futtaim Automotive. This role will shape brand equity, guide commercial performance, and influence product lifecycle direction, ensuring long term, sustainable growth. Based in Dubai, you will steer the overall strategy for Product, Price, Place, and Promotion while managing key relationships with the OEM and internal stakeholders.


What You Will Do

•  Drive and implement Brand Strategy to strengthen brand equity, market share, customer loyalty, and profitability

•  Lead OEM relationship management, ensuring collaborative outcomes for Al Futtaim Automotive

•  Oversee product lifecycle activities including positioning, packaging, and accessories, while influencing OEM planning and Group resources

•  Manage end-to-end supply chain performance, ensuring optimized stock health from factory order to customer delivery

•  Develop and execute strategic pricing and revenue management, ensuring competitive positioning, effective sales programs, and strong model profitability

•  Build a customer relationship process supported by digital platforms, analytics, and strong communication strategies to enhance loyalty and retention

•  Champion talent development, coaching, capability building, and succession planning within the team

Skills

Required Skills to Be Successful

•  Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)

•  Minimum 15 years of experience in multinational automotive environments covering marketing, product planning, and brand management

•  Strong strategic and structured business acumen across sales, marketing, product planning, and pricing.

•  Deep experience in B2C, B2B sales, and online/offline advertising
