Overview of the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Fleet Coordinator to support the day to day operations of the Al Futtaim/Trading Enterprises fleet team. In this role, you will ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers efficiently, accurately, and on time by coordinating across internal teams, service providers, and external stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for providing seamless and high quality fleet services.
What You Will Do
• Ensure full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures for fleet operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders—including workshops, logistics, drivers, and customers—to support smooth and timely vehicle delivery.
• Manage customer accounts by creating and updating profiles and ensuring accuracy of details and extensions.
• Generate sales orders, assign vehicles, and maintain precise conditions such as discounts, promotions, and service contracts.
• Oversee preparation and assignment of demo vehicles, ensuring they are clean, charged, and test drive ready.
• Support invoice management including cancellations, rebilling, bank deal documentation, and audit readiness.
• Track and report fleet activity including sales performance and pipeline development.
• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom for vehicle viewing, test drives, payments, and document handovers.
• Support fleet teams in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by ensuring zero error delivery execution.
Skills
Required Skills to Be Successful
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar fleet coordination or administrative role.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Proficiency with SAP, understanding of Salesforce, and strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse nationalities and customer profiles.
