This position differs from conventional product management roles centered on customer feedback cycles or gradual feature rollouts. Basic Requirements
Substantial experience or demonstrated interest in data-driven learning science7+ years of experience making critical architecture and design decisions on software projects, including application of architectural design patterns or major open source technologies2+ years of experience making design decisions that involve cloud computing services (primarily AWS)4+ years of experience in roles with complete technical and delivery ownership of a revenue-generating product Proven experience building product features that leverage advanced Generative AI capabilities Demonstrated experience using Generative AI to streamline and simplify work processes

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
