Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the designated office location three times per week or another frequency as dictated by the business.

Note: This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months.

Role Overview

This 6‑month, full-time internship provides hands-on exposure to strategic product planning and dealer network development, working closely with the Head of Product Strategy & Network Development and Product Managers on high-impact, cross‑functional initiatives.

The intern will contribute to automating core product and pricing processes, strengthening dealer network standards, and supporting modern, data-driven training initiatives for dealer personnel. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual seeking real-world experience in product strategy, process optimization, and network performance management within the automotive sector.

What You’ll Do

Support the automation and optimization of future product gate review processes and ongoing product pricing workflows. Support senior leadership with data collection, analysis, and the preparation of executive-ready reports and presentations. Coordinate the setup, monitoring, and reporting of Corporate Image Audits across the dealer network, including liaising with external third‑party auditors. Assist in the development of innovative dealer training programs aimed at enhancing engagement, recognition, and learning effectiveness. Identify process gaps and propose practical, data-backed improvements to enhance decision‑making and dealer network performance.


Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), including:Complex and nested formulas Advanced filtering Structured tables Pivot tables and data summaries Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, with working knowledge of Word. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)

Knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Familiarity with AI tools and use cases, particularly in data analysis, automation, or productivity enhancement. Exposure to process improvement methodologies, data analytics, or business intelligence concepts. Prior exposure or strong interest in the automotive industry, product management, or dealer network development.
