Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and leasing residential and/or commercial properties while delivering a high level of client service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and procedures
• Negotiate offers and close deals successfully
• Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support
• Update CRM and report activities to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with target focus
• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Real estate experience is an advantage (fresh candidates welcome)
