Synopsis

The Technical Supply Chain Analytics Officer plays a critical role in driving business improvement and operational efficiency across the supply chain by leveraging advanced analytical capabilities. This role is responsible for performing complex, ad-hoc data analyses, developing automated reporting solutions, and visualizing key performance metrics to support strategic and operational decision-making. The officer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the supply chain is data-driven, agile, and aligned with broader business goals.




Accountabilities

  • Advanced Data Analysis & Modeling:
    Execute complex analytical projects using large datasets from various sources.
    Identify performance gaps and opportunities across the supply chain through statistical and predictive modeling.

  • Business Intelligence & Reporting:
    Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI)
    Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and create impactful presentations for supply chain leadership and operational teams.

  • Performance Management Support:
    Support technical performance management processes by tracking KPIs, developing scorecards, and monitoring trends.
    Conduct root cause analysis to explain supply chain deviations or anomalies.

  • Automation & Process Optimization:
    Develop scripts, macros, and workflow automations to streamline data handling and reporting processes.
    Recommend and implement data infrastructure improvements to support scalable analytics.



Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL, Excel & PPT.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex analyses

  • Experience in AMOS system is a plus.

  • Communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
