The project:

An exciting opportunity to be a part of our project management consultancy team to deliver a commercial project with infrastructure and landscape packages.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Represent the client and safeguard project objectives during the construction phase

  
  

• Oversee contractor delivery of all MEP installation works in line with IFC drawings and specifications

  
  

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and ITPs

  
  

• Resolve RFIs and manage interdisciplinary coordination issues on site

  
  

• Enforce MEP quality, HSE, and sustainability requirements

  
  

• Monitor installation progress, risks, and mitigation measures

  
  

• Lead testing, commissioning, IST, and FM handover activities

  
  

• Support contract administration, variations, and technical EOT assessments

  
  

• Coordinate authority inspections, approvals, and certification processes

  
  

You’ll need to have:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

  
  

• Record of project delivery

  
  

• 15+ years of relevant experience on large‑scale Mixed-use and infrastructure projects

  
  

• Previous experience working in a PMC

  
  

• Strong background in construction delivery of MEP systems on complex developments

  
  

• Previous UAE experience
