The project:

Mace is providing project management services on a large mixed-use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi. The site will have commercial work places and retail units along with public realm.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Review Design Validation Reports, IFC drawings, and shop drawings for building projects.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with FIDIC Yellow Book, UAE electrical codes, and Abu Dhabi authority requirements (ADM, ADDC, ADCD).

  
  

• Supervise electrical site works and monitor contractor compliance with approved designs.

  
  

• Support testing, commissioning, and BMS/system integration activities.

  
  

• Coordinate authority submissions, approvals, and inspections.

  
  

• Resolve design and site‑related technical issues efficiently.

  
  

• Liaise with the Resident Engineer, contractors, and stakeholders.

  
  

• Manage multiple technical reviews to ensure timely approvals and delivery.

  
  

You’ll need to have:

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience working for a PMC and/or Supervision Consultant, with at least 5 years in the UAE.

  
  

• Strong background in mixed-use building projects (mandatory).

  
  

• Experience in infrastructure works is an advantage (not required).

  
  

• Familiarity with Design & Build contracts under FIDIC Yellow Book conditions.
