·Ensure compliance with RTA Information Security Policies, data protection standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
·Review and analyze maintenance activity costing reports and manage the department budget
·Apply and analyze KPIs to drive operational excellence and provide strategic insights
·Plan, develop, and implement short-term and long-term maintenance programs for all department assets
·Oversee maintenance projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to approved plans
·Monitor road conditions and prioritize maintenance activities based on assessments
·Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical reports related to maintenance works and projects
·Manage project execution, contractual agreements, and maintenance programs with regular reporting to management
·Prepare and contribute to comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and studies
·Develop and implement maintenance policies, standards, and procedures
·Coordinate with the Innovation & Pioneering Department to measure and enhance innovation maturity
·Oversee internal training programs for employees in coordination with HR Development to enhance skills and productivity
·Ensure proper resource allocation, including materials and equipment
·Manage contract and tender documentation, renewals, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
·Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Head of Department
