Must fully comply and abide by the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) of the company.
Perform all tasks in the Outlet.
Supervises a Team of approximately 15 employees Supervises the day-to-day operations of the outlet Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
Follow up on service procedures.
Manages the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service.
Manages the daily operation in the outlet Adhere to and manage projects and due dates.
Ensure consistency of service and take corrective action accordingly.
Control payroll to remain consistently within budget Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the outlet Complete payroll and any paperwork as it pertain to personnel and the department, i.
e. PSAs, warnings, auditor’s envelops, cover count, log, etc.
Ensure the cleanliness of outlet by enforcing clean-up schedules.
Assist in preparation of staff schedules according to forecasts, daily and weekly payroll reports.
Assist in a continuous training program with entire service staff.
Run and assist daily line –ups and monthly departmental meetings.
Execute functions or special receptions whenever required.
Review and conduct performance evaluations for the outlet, along with the Restaurant Manager and Asst Restaurant Manager.
Takes an active role in hiring, training, supervising and disciplining all employees.
Utilize all computer systems relevant to the department.
Participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service.
Maintain a logbook with important information to be passed on to management.
Ensure all equipment is kept in perfect working condition and report any deficiencies to the proper department.
Assist in effective and efficient methods for day to day operations.
Takes responsibility for all training related to the outlet regarding customer service and brand standards.
Assume the role of the Manager in his/her absence.
Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
