Description and Requirements








The Infrastructure Solutions Group Leader - META will drive accelerated, sustainable growth and transformation of the Infrastructure Solutions Group business across the META region over a multi-year horizon.  Leadership Capabilities

• Collaborative leader able to influence outcomes across large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for both performance and transformation.
• Adaptive, responsive, and entrepreneurial in navigating dynamic markets and priorities.

Business & Market Objective Leadership

• Joint ownership of Infrastructure Solutions Group revenue growth and margin performance across META.
• Lead regional transformation to strengthen market presence, execution, and profitability.
• Represent META Infrastructure Solutions Group within EMEA and global leadership forums to drive priority and investment.

Sub-Market Enablement & Governance

• Enable sub-markets by removing barriers related to products, pricing, approvals, delivery, and resources.
• Establish operating cadences to review pipeline health, forecasts, and execution discipline.
• Hold sub-markets accountable while fostering transparency, trust, and partnership.

Customer & Partner Engagement

• Act as a credible senior interface for CIOs, CXOs, and strategic customers across the region.
• Support structuring and progression of complex, high-value deals to enhance competitiveness.
• Lead META-level alliance engagement to position Lenovo as a trusted IT infrastructure partner.

One Lenovo Execution & Enablement

• Drive “One Lenovo” collaboration with MEA and territory ISO teams across enterprise and SMB segments.
• Partner with finance to deliver accurate quarterly forecasts and P&L outlooks.
• Champion adoption of systems, tools, and processes to improve opportunity tracking and efficiency.
• Drive capability building and solution-led selling across META teams while acting as escalation lead for critical Infrastructure Solutions Group issues.
