Ontime Group is in search of a qualified Accountant with audit experience to strengthen our financial team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards, all while supporting our commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate financial controls and compliance Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring they adhere to regulatory requirements Collaborate with external auditors during the year-end audit process Review and implement effective accounting policies and procedures Monitor and identify trends in financial data to support management decision-making Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for various departments Provide financial guidance and support as needed to various teams within the organization Salary + Benefits Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on audit functions In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and practices Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.
g., ERP systems) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements is preferred Professional certification (e.
g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
