Job Title: Junior Wealth Associate (Full Time)

We are a remote-first team. Where you choose to work is up to you - we have an office in Abu Dhabi that you can utilize as often or little as you'd like.




Role Overview:



The Junior Wealth Associate will be an integral part of the Investments & Advisory team, working closely with Wealth Advisors to engage with clients, enhance their experience, and drive conversion rates. This role requires a proactive individual who can confidently interact with clients, identify high-value opportunities, and support the team in delivering top-tier service




Key Responsibilities:



  • Engage with existing portfolio clients to schedule advisory meetings.



  • Conduct outreach to new clients, welcoming them to the platform and addressing initial inquiries, providing an excellent first impression of Sarwa.



  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the platform and answering basic guidance questions.



  • Identify high-propensity clients who may benefit from a deeper advisory relationship and introduce them to the appropriate Wealth Advisor.



  • Work closely with Wealth Advisors to optimize client engagement and ensure seamless hand-offs.



  • Support efforts to increase conversion rates by guiding new clients through their investment journey and addressing concerns effectively.



  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups within the CRM system



  • Ensure all tasks are up to date in the CRM system.



  • Stay informed about Sarwa’s offerings to provide informed responses to client inquiries




Qualifications & Requirements: 



  • Bachelor’s degree



  • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing financial services, wealth management, or a similar role is preferred. 



  • An excellent communicator in English and Arabic (preferably!), you love to talk to people and understand the value of good communication skills. 



  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.



  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep records updated in the CRM system.



  • Ability to identify client needs and effectively introduce them to advisory services.



  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
