Job Summary We are seeking a System Support Engineer (L1 & L2) with a strong onsite and hands-on focus to manage day-to-day IT support, escalations, and practical infrastructure work across multiple locations. This role requires active field presence, physical installation work, and end-to-end ownership of IT systems and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities• Provide L1 & L2 IT support for all kind of IT End points, Server, Network & end user applications. • Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues requiring physical intervention. • Perform hands-on infrastructure work, including Installation , configuration and mounting of POS, Clients, Server and network racks, switches, routers, firewalls and Wi-Fi access points • LAN cable routing, dressing, and RJ45 termination (crimping),Patch-panel punch-down, labeling, and network point testing• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies under Windows environment. • Configure Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange, One Drive, Teams). • Configure and troubleshoot LAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks. • Manage backup, restore, patching, and recovery activities. • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. • Liaising with vendors, ISPs, and service providers. • Maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs defined and I. T asset inventory.
Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in onsite L1 & L2 IT support roles Proven practical experience in network installation, termination, and testing.5 years of IT support experience, preferably in restaurant or retail IT. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision & LS Retail (Preferred) Solid knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory. Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience working with Fortinet firewalls and IT security basics. Microsoft 365 administration experience. Ability to work independently in field and branch environments. Good documentation and communication skills.
