Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Dubai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting clients with technical expertise, identifying client needs, delivering customized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also manage sales processes, build relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide support for technical issues. The role involves participating in client meetings, preparing technical presentations, and staying informed about product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques to achieve targets and drive revenue. Strong Technical Support knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and address customer requirements efficiently. Experience in the lighting or related industry is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs and project specifications.
