Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Leads Manager to manage, qualify, and optimize incoming leads for our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all leads are properly followed up, distributed, and converted into high-quality opportunities for property consultants.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to inbound leads from multiple channels (portals, social media, campaigns, referrals)
• Qualify and filter leads before assigning them to property consultants
• Ensure fast response time and proper follow-up on all leads
• Distribute leads fairly and efficiently to the sales team
• Monitor lead performance and conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system
• Coordinate with sales team to improve lead quality and closing ratios
• Identify inactive or low-quality leads and re-engage or discard accordingly
• Stay updated on market trends and buyer behavior in Dubai
• Prepare daily reports on leads status, follow-ups, and performance
Other relevant tasks may be assigned by management.
All assigned work must be reported daily to the reporting manager.
Compensation & Benefits
• Expected Total Compensation: +18,000 AED

• Proven experience in real estate lead management or sales coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good English required (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
