The Procurement Lead will be responsible for setting up and driving a global procurement function for a lean, fast-paced organisation with offices across multiple regions. This role will serve as the central point of contact for senior leadership, ensuring a unified procurement approach that supports efficiency and cost optimisation across the business.

Description
Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with organisational objectives across multiple offices.Establish and standardise procurement processes from the ground up, ensuring efficiency and compliance.Act as the central point of contact for senior leadership, driving a centralised procurement function and best practices.Manage and negotiate contracts to optimise costs and mitigate risks.Oversee key indirect spend categories, including professional services, recruitment, travel, IT, and related operational costs.Drive cost savings and supplier performance improvements through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and benchmarking.


Profile

Experience:
8-10 years in procurement, with proven ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced environment


Skills & Background:
Strong expertise in procurement processes and contract managementExposure to multiple indirect spend categories (professional services, recruitment, travel, IT)Ability to conceptualise and implement procurement frameworks from scratchExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
