Job Brief:The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating business leads, conducting outbound sales calls, and securing meetings with potential clients, primarily within offices and hotels. The role focuses on B2B telesales, lead generation, and customer outreach to support the sales team and drive business growth in the water treatment sector.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound outreach to generate qualified leads and sales meetings.
- Generate own leads and identify potential customers through research, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Target primarily B2B clients, preferably offices and hotels, for water treatment solutions.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and support deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
Job Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably in offices and hotels.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong ability to generate leads independently and identify new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and outbound sales techniques.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
