The Client:

A diversified group with more than 120 companies in the UAE covering multiple industries ranging from Construction, Development, Hospitality, FMCG, and Education is looking to hire a General Manager - Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of operations including financial documents and contracts.


• Evaluating company performance and identifying improvement opportunities.


• Monitoring the implementation of corporate values.


• Anticipate problems and propose methods for resolving them.


• Develop strategic relationships required for corporate success.


• Handling operational leadership to create and maintain synergy between teams.


• Leading strategic management of overall administration and flagship projects handled by the


• company, and managing key projects, and ensuring timely delivery.


• Overseeing financial and executive activities related to the company's projects.


• Handling contract administration and client negotiations.


• Liaising with end clients ensuring satisfaction and retention.


• Monitoring projects progress ensuring timely completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.


• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with 5+ years of working in a similar role.


• Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
