The Client:

Our client, a diversified investment group covering multiple domains in the UAE and the region. It specializes in high-end quality products and providing the market with superior marketing solutions and is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator for its Home Appliances & Mobile Phones division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring supplier activities to ensure timely deliveries of products.


• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to the management.


• Troubleshooting problem areas in logistics and coordinating problem resolution or recommending solutions to management.


• Coordinating with shipping lines /cargo agents/ freight forwarders for Deliveries. Road transport / containers for sea freight / air freight.


• Coordinating the preparation of customs and shipping documentation, on receipt of delivery instructions.


• Liaising with different departments within the company to facilitate shipments.


• Submitting all the necessary documents to customs through the concerned person


• Have a clear knowledge of Online Customs and duty refunds.


• Have knowledge of stock management in warehouses.
  

Key Requirements:

• Clear knowledge of online customs and warehouse management.


• Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics; 3 for Home Appliances and/or Mobile Phone brand in the UAE.
