About the job Sales Engineer (Elevators)

The Client:



A diversified group with more than 120 companies in the UAE covering multiple industries ranging from Construction, Development, Hospitality, FMCG, and Education is looking to hire a Sales Engineer (Elevators).



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of company products by attending training, and studying factory equipment manuals and supplier information including developing knowledge of local elevator code requirements.

  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

  • Coordinating with internal departments (Logistics, projects, finance, safety, etc) to ensure smooth completion of project in the agreed time frame.

  • Maintaining the relationships for existed business network, doing the required follow-up.

  • Managing the pricing policy to match the market directions and obtaining new suppliers for satisfying the client’s choices.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor degree in Engineering

  • Experience in the UAE market in the same field.

  • UAE driving license

  • Fluent in English
