Salary
AED 3,500 - 5,000 + performance-based incentives
Responsibilities
High-volume outbound calling
Qualify leads and book agent appointments
Consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions
Accurate CRM updates
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
Proven telemarketing or telesales experience
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven, resilient, and disciplined
CRM and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus
