Job Overview
Powerlink IT & Security Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist – ELV to drive business growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling ELV solutions such as CCTV and Access Control systems, with a proven track record of closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
This role requires deep market knowledge, technical understanding of ELV systems, and familiarity with local authority regulations such as SIRA and ADMCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for ELV solutions, including CCTV and Access Control systems
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and costing
- Ensure all proposed solutions comply with SIRA and ADMCC regulations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals successfully
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals

- Demonstrated sales success in the UAE market
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
- Good understanding of ELV products, solutions, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of SIRA & ADMCC standards is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
- UAE driving license preferred
