Our client is a
well-established UAE dry foods distributor.
We are recruiting
UAE-experienced sales executives to cover the Northern Emirates or Abu Dhabi.
The role is responsible
for driving new business and growing existing accounts across supermarkets,
retail chains, and the HORECA sector.
Candidates must be
fluent in English with a proven track record as a new-business hunter capable
of opening doors, securing meetings and engaging senior decision-makers across
the UAE retail and HORECA landscape.
Role Summary
- Identify and develop new
sales opportunities by meeting with procurement teams and senior
decision-makers across supermarkets, retail groups, and HORECA accounts to
introduce the brand and increase market penetration. - Grow existing accounts
by promoting and selling the full product portfolio through structured sales
meetings, calls, and follow-ups. - Develop and execute a
clearly defined sales plan for new and existing retail and HORECA accounts,
tracking performance and implementing corrective actions to deliver sales
targets. - Work closely with
Marketing to develop trade promotions and lead participation in industry
exhibitions and trade shows (e.g. Gulfood). - Maintain accurate CRM
records, prepare quotations, manage pipelines, and produce regular sales and
performance reports.
Mandatory Skills
& Experience
- 5+ years’ sales /
business development experience in Frozen Foods / FMCG, with a minimum of 3
years in the GCC. - Proven success in new
business development and key account management across Supermarkets, Retail
Chains, and HORECA within the UAE/GCC. - Strong commercial and
financial acumen with the ability to negotiate with senior corporate
decision-makers. - UAE / GCC driving
license is mandatory.
