Our client is a
well-established UAE private sector insurance broker based in Dubai.
We are recruiting a
UAE-based accountant with experience in the insurance brokerage industry to
manage premium collections, insurer payments, and commission follow-ups,
working closely with operations, broking, insurers, and finance.
Role Summary
- Manage client premium
collections and remittance to insurers. - Oversee brokerage
commission tracking and follow-ups. - Reconcile insurer
statements and internal accounts. - Maintain accurate
records of receipts, payments, and adjustments. - Support reporting on
receivables, payables, and commissions.
Experience &
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in
an insurance brokerage or insurance accounts role. - Clear understanding of
premium flow, credit terms, and commission structures. - Strong reconciliation
and follow-up capability. - Comfortable working with
policy schedules, insurer statements, and payment trackers. - Proficient Excel skills
and experience with accounting systems.
Candidate Profile
- Currently based in the
UAE - candidates outside the UAE will not be considered. - Fluent in English as
this is a client facing role. - Results-driven,
commercially sharp and resilient. - Professional,
well-presented with strong communication skills and the confidence to engage at
all levels.
