Title: Finance Operations Manager Location: United Arab Emirates

Our client a leading Financial Institution operating within capital markets and is looking hire a Finance Operations Manager to join their growing team.

The role focuses on back-office operations, ensuring accurate processing of front-office transactions, client account movements, and settlements in line with internal policies and controls.

Key responsibilitiesOversee financial operations, transaction processing, and reconciliationsSupport daily trading activity through back-office and client account oversightReview documentation and ensure appropriate operational and compliance controlsPrepare MIS, commissions, and periodic management reportsMonitor credit usage against approved limitsManage settlement payments and daily net broker positionsLiaise with brokers, customer care teams, and internal stakeholders

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Statistics, or related fieldACCA / CPA preferred5+ years’ experience in finance operations, back office, or settlements within brokerage or capital marketsStrong understanding of financial markets and trading operationsFluent in English and Arabic is mandatoryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
