Role Profile:


We are looking for an ambitious and driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding international team at Property Finder. This role presents an exciting opportunity for continuous professional and personal growth within a company that values trust, autonomy, and a performance-driven culture. Based at our Dubai HQ, you will have the chance to significantly impact the business's performance and enhance our brand positioning, with the independence to shape your role and achieve outstanding results.


In this position, you will primarily focus on growth marketing, overseeing branding and performance marketing activities in our key markets, while also contributing to our global expansion strategy. A critical aspect of this role will involve collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment of marketing strategies.


 


Job Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to PPC, paid social, display and video, and content promotion.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends that can enhance our brand's visibility and SOV.
  • Manage and monitor paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources to achieve optimal campaign performance.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve our paid media strategies.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of paid media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and present campaign performance reports to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

 


Essential - Education, Knowledge/Skills, and Attitude:


  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar setting (tech, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Excellent spoken and written Arabic communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and creatives.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and mobile measurement partners like Adjust and AppsFlyer.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice-to-have Skills and Knowledge:


  • International experience and familiarity with the structure of large, dynamic companies.
