Job Details

Help AG is looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative (UAE National) who will be responsible for qualifying and nurturing leads generated from various marketing channels, including events, website inquiries, social media, and other non-sales sources. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. The SDR will also be responsible for crafting engaging email follow-ups, guiding prospects through the sales funnel, and driving meaningful interactions to move leads towards the next stage in the sales process.



Responsibilities:


  • Lead Qualification from Various Channels:


  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events, website inquiries, social media, and other non-sales channels.


  • Identify decision-makers and assess potential for further engagement, ensuring high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.


  • Cold Calling and Event Invitations:


  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other digital channels to invite them to upcoming events, webinars, and seminars.


  • Maintain a targeted list of event attendees and ensure that the right stakeholders are invited to the relevant sessions.


  • Post-Event Follow-Up:


  • Follow up with attendees after events to express gratitude, answer questions, and continue discussions.


  • Qualify leads based on event interactions, offering timely follow-up and identifying the next steps.


  • Create personalized email templates post-conversations to guide prospects toward the next phase.


  • Scheduling Meetings:


  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and the Business Development Managers (BDMs) or Pre-Sales teams for deeper discussions.


  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, providing the sales team with relevant insights into customer pain points and interests.


  • Lead Nurturing and Pipeline Management:


  • Track all lead interactions using CRM tools, ensuring accurate records of touchpoints, actions, and follow-ups.


  • Proactively engage with leads to move them through the sales pipeline, building strong relationships and providing value throughout the process.


  • Sales Support and Creative Outreach:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and engaging strategies for lead nurturing, including personalized campaigns, email follow-ups, and newsletters.


  • Align sales and marketing strategies to ensure seamless transitions from marketing-generated leads to sales activities.


  • Provide Insights and Feedback:


  • Share insights with the marketing team based on lead interactions, objections, and areas of interest to refine future campaigns.


  • Suggest creative ways to build ongoing engagement and optimize lead qualification processes.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Emirati candidates with family book will be preferred for this role. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


  • A minimum of 2-year B2B sales or business development experience.


  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement with a focus on qualifying and nurturing leads.


  • Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track leads.


  • Ability to develop engaging email campaigns and follow-up strategies to maintain lead interest.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects through multiple channels.


  • Self-starter with a proven ability to drive results and meet targets.


  • Ability to speak and write in English & Arabic is mandatory.


  • Ability to work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to align goals and ensure smooth transitions in the lead pipeline.
