The organization is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance activities and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of critical digital products.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and contribute to comprehensive test plans covering functional and non‑functional requirements for digital platforms.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts to enhance efficiency and accelerate release cycles.
• Conduct advanced manual testing to identify defects and ensure product quality across complex financial solutions.
• Support performance and load testing to validate system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Implement and uphold QA processes, standards, and methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Lead defect management activities by collaborating with engineering teams to track, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6–7 years of professional experience in QA engineering or software testing.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, PyTest) and strong manual testing expertise.
• Familiarity with performance testing (e.g., JMeter), test planning, and defect tracking systems.
• Experience working with CI/CD, Git‑based version control, and test management platforms.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills within fast‑paced environments.
