The Client Support & Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling customer enquiries, order coordination, and internal follow-ups across sales, logistics, and operations. This role requires clear communication, strict process adherence, and zero conflict of interest.
This is not a call-center role. It is an execution and accountability role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website
- Explain products, pricing, delivery timelines, and company policies clearly
- Resolve complaints using logic and policy, not emotion
- Persuade customers toward correct solutions (replacement, reschedule, upgrade)
- Maintain professional communication at all times
Operations Coordination
- Process and track customer orders end-to-end
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery teams, and vendors
- Ensure accurate quotations, invoices, and order confirmations
- Follow up on pending actions until closure—no loose ends
- Maintain accurate internal records and CRM updates
Compliance & Integrity
- Strictly protect company data, customer contacts, and internal formats
- No diversion of enquiries, leads, or orders under any circumstances
- No side business, conflict of interest, or misuse of company resources
- Follow UAE labor laws, company policies, and confidentiality agreements
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)
- Ability to handle pressure, complaints, and multitasking
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, email, and spreadsheets
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, plants, landscaping, or logistics
- Knowledge of UAE customer expectations and delivery operations
- Hindi / Malayalam / Arabic is a plus
