Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team. This hybrid role combines inside sales (BDR/SDR) responsibilities with junior-level sales execution, client follow-up, and partner coordination.
The role is critical to expanding market presence across the Gulf and Levant regions, generating a qualified pipeline, supporting deal progression, and maintaining strong communication with prospects, clients, and regional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Generate and qualify sales leads based on ICP, budget, authority, need, and timing
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and lead status updates in CRM (HubSpot, Odoo, or similar)
Schedule discovery calls and coordinate product demos with Account Executives
Use sales enablement and prospecting tools to improve outreach efficiency
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for activity, pipeline creation, and lead conversion
Stay updated on cybersecurity, data security trends, and competitor positioning
Sales Support & Client Management
Follow up with qualified prospects after demos and meetings
Manage communication with early-stage prospects and small-to-mid-sized clients
Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Assist in basic commercial discussions under sales leadership supervision
Ensure structured follow-ups and maintain deal momentum
Support contract coordination and handover to delivery/customer success teams
Partner & Channel Support
Participate in selected partner calls for opportunity qualification and follow-up
Assist with partner enablement activities, meeting coordination, and reporting
Track partner-generated leads and registered deals in coordination with sales leadership
Maintain professional communication with assigned regional partners
RequirementsRequirements & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or Junior Sales role
Background in SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Technology sales environments preferred
Proven ability to manage high outbound call volumes (50–80+ calls daily)
Demonstrated success in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline contribution
Experience handling prospect follow-ups, client calls, and early-stage deal support
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
