About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-minded Site Operations Administrator with strong administrative experience and basic IT knowledge to support on-site operations for exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate will have solid organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a keen interest in learning and growing your site operations expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day site operations for exhibitions and events, ensuring smooth on-site logistics and workflows.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Provide light IT support for on-site systems (printers, badge printers, Wi-Fi hotspots, basic troubleshooting of event tech).
- Assist with venue setup, stand coordination, signage, and exhibitor services as needed.
- Liaise with organizers, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain health and safety compliance and on-site issue tracking.
- Support post-event wrap-up, reporting, and debrief processes.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and attendee experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in administration or office support; event or exhibition experience is a plus.
- Basic IT knowledge and comfort with troubleshooting simple on-site tech issues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Availability for full-time hours, including on-site presence during events.
