We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support internal operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Prepare, organize, and manage files and documents
Support daily administrative and back-office operations
Coordinate with front office and other departments
Handle emails, internal communications, and WhatsApp messages
Assist in preparing reports and office documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Back Office Assistant or similar role is preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
