Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and manage sales / Speciality Chemicals across GCC and African markets.

* Identify and on board new customers, distributors and traders in specific industries like, Home Care, Personal Care, Pharma, Agro, Oil Field etc...

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

* Generate leads, negotiate prices, finalize contracts and close deals independently.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing dynamics in the Chemical industry.

* Coordinate with principals/manufacturers on product availability, specifications and commercial terms.

* Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments and customer feedback.

* Represent the company at industry meetings, exhibitions and customer visits as required.

* Achieve agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.



Skills

Desired Candidate Profile


* Proven experience in Speciality Chemical sales in GCC and African markets.

* Strong existing customer network.

* Proven track record in B2B Chemical Sales.

* Self-driven, result-oriented and capable of working independently.

* Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

* Familiar with import/export trade regulations.

* Ability to work on a freelance, performance-based model.
