The Assistant Manager – Sales (Corporate / MICE) plays a pivotal role in driving Corporate and MICE revenue, with a strong focus on groups, meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. This role is accountable for achieving agreed revenue, market share, and contribution targets through proactive account management, pipeline development, and conversion of group and event opportunities.
Working in close collaboration with Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, Revenue Management, and Operations, the role ensures optimal space utilization, rate integrity, and seamless execution of corporate and MICE business, while strengthening long-term client partnerships and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for meetings and events.
Qualifications:Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Sales Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
