Job Summary
Restore Talent Solutions is building a network of highly skilled freelance Management & Leadership Trainers to deliver corporate training programs across the GCC region.
We are seeking experienced facilitators who can deliver practical, engaging, and outcome-driven leadership development workshops for supervisors, mid-level managers, and senior leaders. Trainers will support RTS client engagements by facilitating programs from our Management & Leadership catalogue, aligned to modern organisational challenges.
This opportunity is ideal for independent trainers who want consistent access to corporate delivery assignments through RTS.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional, high-impact leadership training workshops for corporate clients
Facilitate interactive sessions using case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises
Adapt delivery style to different leadership levels (supervisory to executive)
Ensure learning outcomes are achieved through structured facilitation and participant engagement
Represent Restore Talent Solutions professionally in client-facing environments
Provide post-session feedback and recommendations when required
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
Proven experience delivering corporate training in management and leadership development
Strong facilitation, presentation, and group engagement skills
Ability to deliver training to multicultural audiences in GCC corporate environments
Expertise in one or more leadership domains (people management, change, strategy, communication, etc.)
Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Preferred Experience
Experience delivering training for government, semi-government, or large enterprise clients
Background in organisational development, coaching, or leadership consulting
Relevant certifications (ILM, CIPD, ICF, PMI, SHRM, or similar)
Ability to support multiple topics across the RTS leadership curriculum
