We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Back Office Helper to support daily office operations and assist administrative staff. The ideal candidate will help with basic office tasks and ensure smooth back-office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with filing, document handling, and record keeping

Support data entry and basic administrative tasks

Organize office files and maintain documentation

Assist staff with daily office requirements

Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas

Perform other support duties as assigned

Requirements:

Basic understanding of office work

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Honest, punctual, and responsible

Prior office experience is an advantage but not mandatory
