Role Overview
The Sales Support Executive at Traffik 360 plays a critical role in converting client inquiries into accurate quotations and smoothly executed orders. This role sits at the intersection of sales, sourcing, design coordination, and logistics, ensuring speed, accuracy, and commercial discipline across every client request.
You will support the sales team end-to-end: from inquiry intake and quotation preparation to supplier sourcing, order processing, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Support
• Receive, log, and manage all incoming client inquiries promptly.
• Prepare accurate quotations in coordination with sales, design, and procurement teams.
• Follow up on quotations and client feedback until closure (win / revise / drop).
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding timelines, pricing updates, and order status.
2. Quotation & Data Management
• Enter all inquiries, quotations, and order details accurately into the system.
• Maintain structured records of:
• Client briefs
• Quotations issued
• Supplier offers
• Order confirmations
• Ensure quotation margins, MOQs, and timelines align with internal guidelines.
3. Sourcing & Procurement Support
• Source products locally and internationally based on client briefs under line manager supervision.
• Request and compare supplier quotations based on:
• Price
• Specifications
• Compliance (where applicable)
• Production and delivery timelines
• Support supplier negotiations by presenting clear comparison summaries.
4. Order Processing & Coordination
• Process confirmed orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure:
• Correct production
• Timely shipment
• On-time delivery to the client
• Follow up with suppliers to resolve:
• Delays
• Shortages
• Specification mismatches
• Quality or delivery issues
5. Performance & Discipline
• Meet deadlines assigned by the line manager without exception.
• Be commercially aware and goal-oriented (speed, accuracy, margin protection).
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, project-driven team environment.
