Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead / Key Account Manager to manage and grow key retail accounts across the GCC region within the baby products and kids’ retail segment. The role requires strong market understanding, direct sales exposure, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key retail and distribution accounts across the GCC region
  • Develop strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and gap analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Drive sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to retail partners
  • Track and manage core commercial metrics including margins, markups, rebates, and pricing structures
  • Travel across the GCC for client meetings as required (approximately once every two months)


Skills

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in GCC retail sales, preferably within baby products, toys, or kids-related consumer goods
  • Strong direct sales and key account management background
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Sound understanding of commercial and financial sales metrics
  • Presentable, confident, and relationship-driven professional
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC region
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

Additional Preferences

  • Candidates with prior experience working with retail chains, distributors, or specialty stores in the baby / kids category will be strongly preferred
