Commercial responsibilities


  • Execute the domestic commercial plan set by the Sales Director to maximize revenue and attendance from UAE-based segments.


  • Manage and grow domestic sales channels including Schools, Corporate, Government, Hotels, Events/MICE, and Educational institutions.


  • Identify new domestic business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.


  • Support product development and packaging aimed at increasing participation from schools, corporates, and domestic segments.


  • Conduct regular sales visits, meetings, and business reviews with top domestic accounts.


  • Represent Al Ain Zoo at domestic trade events, conferences, and community outreach programs.


  • Monitor local competitor activity and market trends to contribute to strategic planning.


  • Ensure accurate CRM usage, lead tracking, and pipeline management for all domestic accounts.


Leadership & Team Support Responsibilities


  • Guide and support the domestic sales team to ensure strong execution of sales targets and KPIs.


  • Provide coaching, training, and performance development for team members.


  • Conduct regular team performance reviews and report outcomes to the Sales Director.


  • Encourage accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


  • Support recruitment and onboarding of domestic sales roles as required.


B2B Marketing responsibilities


  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute domestic trade marketing and promotional campaigns.


  • Support B2B activations, school outreach programs, and corporate engagement initiatives.


  • Organize familiarization trips, workshops, and onsite partner sessions.


  • Track marketing campaign performance and recommend enhancements.


  • Ensure alignment between domestic commercial needs and marketing content.


Strategic responsibilities


  • Contribute to the implementation of long-term domestic commercial strategies.


  • Prepare market insights and data-driven recommendations.


  • Support pricing strategies, tactical promotions, and seasonal campaigns.


  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and domestic sales performance planning.


  • Ensure alignment between domestic sales, Operations, Guest Experience, and Finance.


  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.


Business Planning responsibilities


  • Support annual and multi-year domestic sales planning.


  • Contribute to defining revenue and attendance targets for domestic segments.


  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis for UAE market insights.


  • Monitor performance trends and report risks or opportunities.


  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans for the team.


CSR & Community Engagement Responsibilities


  • Support the development and execution of CSR initiatives that align with Al Ain Zoo’s mission in conservation, education, and community involvement.
