Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities for concrete equipment and sweepers in the UAE market.
The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of concrete machinery and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Promote and sell concrete equipment and sweepers to contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.


Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of core sales experience in concrete equipment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of concrete machinery and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
