Job Description: Senior Headhunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate)(RHK Properties – Dubai, UAE)
Position Overview RHK Properties is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Head Hunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead executive and specialized recruitment efforts within the Dubai real estate sector.
This is an onsite role based in Dubai, UAE, requiring a seasoned recruitment professional with a minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, and strategic workforce planning.
The ideal candidate will bring international recruitment expertise, strong market networks, and a deep understanding of hiring practices within the UAE. Preference will be given to candidates originally from Europe, the United Kingdom, or the United States, who are currently residing in Dubai.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and specialized roles across RHK Properties, including:o Sales Leadershipo Real Estate Advisoryo Property Managemento Finance & Investment Teamso Corporate and Operational Functions Execute proactive headhunting strategies to attract top-tier talent in the Dubai market.
Talent Sourcing & Market Networking Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through:o Direct search and executive sourcingo Professional networks and referralso Industry events and talent communities Leverage international recruitment expertise to attract high-caliber professionals within the UAE.
Strategic Hiring & Stakeholder Partnership Partner closely with senior management and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning objectives. Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
Candidate Assessment & Selection Conduct competency-based interviews, talent evaluations, and cultural fit assessments. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and hiring documentation.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Excellence Strengthen RHK Properties employer brand in the competitive Dubai real estate market. Implement best practices, recruitment metrics, and process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
Candidate Requirements Experience & Background Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition or executive search, preferably within:o Real Estateo Property Developmento Luxury Saleso Investment & Corporate Services Demonstrated success in headhunting and recruiting senior and high-performing professionals in Dubai.
Preferred Profile Candidates originally from:o Europeo United Kingdomo United States
Must be currently resident in Dubai, UAE, with strong familiarity with local hiring practices and market dynamics.
Core Competencies Strong executive sourcing and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of UAE recruitment laws, visa processes, and employment frameworks Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Highly organized, performance-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous) Experience recruiting for premium or luxury real estate brands in Dubai. Established network of real estate professionals, brokers, and leadership talent. Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruitment technologies.
