Surrounded by his family and guided by his strong entrepreneurial mindset, Georges-Edouard Piaget decided, in 1874, to create a watchmaking workshop in La Côte-aux-Fées, a small village in the middle of the Swiss mountains of the Jura.

YOUR MISSION: Supports the marketing department using academic knowledge on a specific project/subject. Assist the department in administrative tasks.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? -

Event Support:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of trade events, (e.g., pop-ups, in-store events, exhibitions).

  
  
  

• Support logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor communication, material ordering, and delivery tracking.

  
  
  

• Help prepare event briefs, presentations, and post-event reports.

  
  
  

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., commercial, Marketing, PR) and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.

  
  
  

• Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.

  
  
  

• Gather feedback and data from events to contribute to performance analysis.

  
  
  

Visual Merchandising (VM) Support:

• Support the development and implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and strategies for retail points of sale.

  
  
  

• Assist in the creation and distribution of VM tools, displays, and promotional materials to stores.

  
  
  

• Conduct research on competitor VM activities and industry trends to identify best practices.

  
  
  

• Help maintain an inventory of VM assets and ensure timely delivery to relevant locations.

  
  
  

• Support the team in preparing VM presentations and training materials for retail staff.

  
  
  

• Assist with photo documentation of VM implementations and provide feedback for improvements.

  
  
  

. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
