A Category Executive supports the planning, performance, and growth of a specific product category (for example: confectionery, fashion, electronics, books, duty-free items, or F&B). Core responsibilities1. Category performance management Track sales, margins, and KPIsMonitor category performance reports Identify growth opportunities2. Product & assortment planning Support product selection and assortment planning Coordinate new product launches Ensure the right product mix for customers3. Supplier coordination Communicate with brands and suppliers Help manage pricing, promotions, and contracts Track deliveries and stock availability4. Promotions & merchandising Assist with campaign planning Support in-store merchandising execution Coordinate promotional displays and marketing materials Ensure brand guidelines and planograms are followed5. Reporting & operations support Prepare sales reports and performance analysis Maintain product listings and pricing records Support inventory planning and replenishment Coordinate with store operations, finance, and supply chain teams
