J&J is recruiting for a Medical Affairs Lead Immunology located in Dubai!
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development & execution of MA strategies in Gulf, ensuring alignment with regional EMEA Medical Affairs and Market Access teams.
Enhance collaboration and communication with the external scientific community, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to facilitate knowledge transfer and trust.
Support the implementation and coordination of Medical Affairs Product Plans, ensuring that activities are synchronized with internal stakeholders and aligned with patient journeys.
Serve as a regional Medical Affairs expert, representing the company’s voice to both internal and external partners, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide expertise and support for operating company functions, including cross-functional teams, to develop and align product strategies and tactical plans. Identify and manage risks and opportunities related to patient expansion plans, ensuring they are adequately reflected in the Gulf organization’s strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders, investigators, and patient groups to gather insights and support the development and implementation of Medical initiatives and educational activities.
Qualifications
Education:
Scientific degree or equivalent experience: Medical Doctor or Pharmaceutical university degree, MA/MBA preferred.
Experience And Skills
Required:
Deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, strength in research and interpretation of medical data with commercial acumen.
Relevant work experience, scientific competence and communication skills in order to be accepted by Leading Specialists in peer-to-peer relationship
Strong hands-on team leadership and mentoring experience. Highly customer focused with an awareness of the importance of business results including being innovative with the ability to coordinate and drive a complex and changing environment
