Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional with 0–2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations within our MEP and construction projects. This role is ideal for an individual who is genuinely passionate about human resources and eager to build a strong foundation in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance within a fast-paced project environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with site teams, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth HR coordination, timely documentation, and effective communication between employees and the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate joining formalities for new hires, including document collection, data entry, and orientation support.
- Assist in attendance monitoring, timesheet verification, and consolidation of data for payroll processing.
- Liaise with project sites, supervisors, and camp administration for employee-related matters.
- Support employee engagement activities and address basic employee queries in coordination with senior HR team members.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and UAE Labour Law requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR records and communications.
- Support disciplinary processes, warnings, and exit formalities as guided by senior HR personnel.
Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably within the MEP or construction sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Passionate about human resources and keen to learn and grow in a project-based environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory; Arabic la
