Job Description:
·Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating and
executing brand marketing activities.
·Coordinate new product launch activities for B2B
and B2C, including POSM preparation, launch events, and digital campaigns.
·Support product planning activities through data
collection, coordination, and documentation, including product portfolio
updates and new size development
·Assist in the preparation, updating, and
monitoring of annual sales and marketing budgets.
·Monitor marketing expenses and support effective
budget utilization.
·Analyze sales performance and product mix, and
prepare basic analysis to support sales
and marketing activities.
Other duties may be
assigned as necessary.RequirementsQualifications
and Skills:
·With relevant graduate or bachelor’s degree
·Entry Level – Minimum 1-2 years related experience
in Marketing Coordination
·English language proficiency a must in written
and verbal communication
·Proficient in MS Office skills (especially in
excel) and database software
·Experience in the tyre or automotive industry is
an advantage
·Self-motivated with ability to multitask, prioritize
deadlines with attention to details
·Ability to resolve issues with positive outlook
·Has good organizational and follow up skills
with strong initiative
·Has good customer and team relationship skills
·Flexible, adaptable, open-minded and a calm
demeanor
·Smart team player, hardworking, confident in
carrying out assigned tasks and quick learner
