Role Overview
Responsible for the frontline deployment and safe execution of robotic operations on-site. This role ensures that digital project specifications are accurately translated into physical execution through real-time monitoring and material coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Field Setup: Perform daily site homing and coordinate system alignment to ensure the robot’s digital twin matches the physical environment.
Live Execution: Monitor HMI (Human–Machine Interface) and system telemetry; perform real-time adjustments to feed rates, speeds, and safety parameters.
Material Logistics: Manage continuous supply of raw materials (e.g., concrete mixes, polymers, wire) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Safety Stewardship: Enforce site safety protocols, manage exclusion zones, and control emergency stop (E-stop) systems.
Skills
Technical Profile
Software: Teach Pendants, basic G-code navigation.
Skills: Basic CAD visualization, understanding of 2D/3D drawings, good English communication for technical reporting.
Experience: 1–2 years in CNC operation, machine tools, or PLC-controlled environments.
Preferred Background: Polytechnic or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
