As a Chi Spa Coordinator, you will be supporting the smooth daily operations of the spa by coordinating reservations, guest services, and administrative tasks. Also, you will ensure a calm, professional, and personalized guest experience in line with luxury spa standards. And you will develop core hospitality, wellness, and operational skills to build a long-term career within spa and hotel management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate spa reservations, schedules, and guest appointments accurately.


• Greet spa guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries professionally.


• Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation for the spa.


• Coordinate with therapists, reception, and other departments to ensure seamless spa operations.


• Support spa promotions, retail sales tracking, and service quality initiatives.

About You:

• A professional character with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.


• Good organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.


• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within the hospitality environment.


• Pride in representing Emirati values and delivering culturally sensitive service.


• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.


• Proficiency in MS Office; Arabic and English language skills are required.
