We are seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to join Greenstone’s Partner Relations team, working closely with our Chief Business Development Officer.
This is a front-line business development role focused on building long-term relationships with leading global Fund Manager Partners (FMPs) across private markets. You will play a key part in identifying new opportunities, managing relationships, and supporting the successful onboarding of new mandates.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the Chief Business Development Office to coordinate and support the full operational lifecycle of prospective FMPs
- Support the execution of structured sales processes and playbooks, ensuring accurate tracking and progression of FMP pipeline
- Source, engage, and develop relationships with global asset managers
- Manage a structured pipeline using established sales processes
- Articulate Greenstone’s capital-raising value proposition to senior decision-makers
- Partner with Research, Investor Relations, and Compliance teams to evaluate and onboard new mandates
- Prepare internal opportunity briefs and support approval processes
- Oversee KYC and onboarding workflows
- Maintain CRM records and support reporting and forecasting
- Coordinate and manage all logistics for fund manager meetings, ensuring a seamless, professional in-person experience for external partners
